  Ensure that the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original designer tags and packaging before securing it for shipment.

  Shipment to Boutique

  Dispatch the parcel to our central warehouse using a trackable courier service and share the tracking details with our support representative.

  Processing & Resolution

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit voucher within 7-10 business days.
