How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please note that customized or stitched outfits are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and the weight of the parcel, which are calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to deliver a stitched outfit?
Stitched orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery as each piece is meticulously crafted to your measurements. Unstitched items are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has moved into production or been processed for shipping, we are unable to accept cancellations.
